  Can't imagine what they were giving away when I was there, because i sure didn't get anything besides what I ordered. I stopped in on a weekday morning only to be greeted by a long line at the drive thru that wrapped around a fairly full and large parking lot. No big worries as the line moved fairly quick.
  
  Had no problems hearing the order taker, I was greeted by a friendly employee who presented my with a correct order. Life was good.

  Rude ass African American with piercing on lip who clearly has no experience in customer service, sorry your 25 still working with dunkins !!!!

  This is the closest dunks to my house. I typically put up with theirs in consistency and botched orders. However I will not anymore. After years of it October 2nd 2016 at around 9:30AM was the final straw. Going through the drive thru just trying to get a morning Apple Cider in my way to work. I order food for my girlfriend and then she repeats it back. I kindly correct her and say what it was supposed to be, and I get extreme attitude and a I KNOW, ANYTHING ELSE... Jeeze I was just correcting her because she had said the order wrong and wanted to make sure I got what I was paying for.
  
  Overpaying for breakfast is one thing. Overpaying and being treated discourteously... That's where I draw the line.
  
  The sad thing is is that there are a lot of incredible hard workers there that I would gladly return for. People that get the orders right. Treat you nice and provide excellent customer service. It's early in the morning and you effectively ruin a persons day by treating them that way first thing.
  
  **UPDATE**
  Gave them another chance. Regret it. Order 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns and an apple juice. Got to window and got my apple juice and was asked to pull forward for the food. No problem. I pull forward and my food comes out. My girlfriend checks the bag and it's just the sandwiches. Cool no problem we will go in and ask for the hash browns. We go in, they take the bag and give us the hash brown. Get home. Only gave us one of them.

  This was horrible. We were driving up to Boston looking for a restroom. We got in, bought an ice coffee - and was looking for the restroom, only to be told that the restroom was for employers only. It was clearly just a regular restroom they didn't want to share with the customers. We asked again, and they reiterated that none of the two, clearly marked restrooms, was to be used by any customers.

  I live legit 3 mins from this dunks but unfortunately it sucks... first off the line is always wrapped around the whole store and I'm talking waiting 15 mins. When I place my order I'm always wicked rushed to the point where I don't even bother with food anymore. But what ruins it for me is the way the coffee taste. Absolutely unacceptable it's fuckin nasty... I hate to sound foul but it doesn't taste like anything that usually comes out of dunks. I've had some mediocre coffees but this is just wrong. I will purposely travel farther for a better start to my morning
